Description:
The Digitize quoting tool was used by external sales representatives to streamline the Digitize App quoting process.
The sales representative was able to discuss with their client what functionality they required and select one of the 4 products of Digitize and associated options to produce different quote configurations.
The quoting tool would automatically calculate the different add-on features and allow a sales representative to fill in the company details and email a PDF quotation directly to the client/representative and the Digitize team.
The system stored a list of potential clients that the Digitize team could seamlessly track quotations for.
The branding on the quote system was personalized to each of the sales representatives companies so that their contact details and branding were clearly visible in the PDF quote.
