Software streamlines the restaurant order to eat process

Orderpod

PRODUCT

Description:

Orderpod was a Mobile Restaurant Ordering System on Apple iPad Mini and Apple iPod Touches.

The iPad Mini was the master device which could also be used as a standalone cash register. The system extended to iPod Touches to cater for different gastronomy situations allowing for real-time syncing between all mobile ordering devices. The technology made it easy for an employee to take over another employees table without having to issue the bill.

The order status for each table could be seen by each employee at anytime.

The real-time synchronization saved tedious hours of processing and consolidating daily closings from multiple devices.

The Content Management System (CMS) collected Table, Waiter and Item statistics over time, calculating the most profitable business hours.
